Choose from six engine levels and an optional clock. The browser app includes an
evaluation bar, move-quality labels, best-move hints, undo, board flip, and local
game persistence. The public game is free and needs no account.
Understand the feedback boundary
Stockfish evaluation and move feedback work on the public site. Natural-language AI
explanations are optional and require the local development bridge with an authenticated
Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI installation. The public app does not accept provider keys.
